OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how Command Pest Control, LLC (“Command Pest Control,” “we,” “us” or similar phrases) collects, uses and safeguards the information you may provide to us via this website and our other online locations, including web applications, mobile applications and social media (collectively, the “Sites”). Please review the following to understand how we process and safeguard personal data about you.
This Policy replaces all previous disclosures we may have provided to you about our information practices with respect to the Sites and any services that are otherwise available through the Sites. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter and/or update this Policy, and any such modifications, alterations or updates will be effective upon our posting of the revised Policy. If Command Pest Control makes any material changes to this Policy, in addition to posting the revised Policy to the Sites, Command Pest Control will notify you in the manner and to the extent required by law. Your continued use of the services we provide to you or which are otherwise available through the Sites following our posting of any revised Policy will constitute your acknowledgement of the amended Policy.
By using our website or otherwise obtaining services from us, and/or by voluntarily providing personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the practices contained in this Policy.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We may collect a variety of personal data (meaning information about an individual from which that person can be identified) from and about you, in a number of situations.  The types of data we collect will depend on how you use the Sites and/or your relationship with Command Pest Control.

We collect personal information you choose to provide to us in connection with your activities on the Sites, which may include your name, email and mailing address, phone number, credit card and other payment information and similar information.  In addition, for each visitor to the Sites, we automatically collect certain other potentially identifying information through logging and analytics tools and as a result of your use of and access to the Sites.  This information includes (as applicable) browser type and version, operating system and network, referring/exit pages, date/time stamp, whether you are a new or returning visitor, and frequency of visits.  We collect and store this information only in aggregate, or combined, form.  We do not connect it to an individual user’s personal information.

In addition, as is standard practice on many corporate websites, our website uses “cookies” and other technologies to help us understand which parts of our Sites are the most popular, where our visitors are going, and how much time they spend there.  The use of cookies or similar technologies helps us to improve our service to you.  Our cookies do not collect your personal information.  Your browser can most likely be configured to notify you when cookies will be received and offer you the option of refusing cookies.  If you reject cookies, you may still use our Sites, but your ability to use some areas may be limited.  We will not share cookies with any third party other than as set forth in this Policy, and we will not place shared cookies or customer profiling banner advertisements on our website.

HOW DO WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?

Command Pest Control may use your personal information to contact you via mail, e-mail, telephone or mobile device in order to give you updates about our special events, new services, payment confirmations, current information regarding our products and services, or other promotions that may be of interest to you.  We also use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive from you.  We may also use your IP address, or unique devices identification numbers to help protect Command Pest Control and our Internet service providers from fraud.

If you submit a resume or seek to fulfill other staffing requirements, we will use that information solely in connection with your application for current or future staffing requirements, and we may also share your resume or application information with our business partners or affiliates that have staffing requirements for which you may be qualified.

Additional uses of your non-personal and personal information will allow us to tailor products and services specific to your needs, to help organize and manage our relationship with you or your business, to conduct business, to provide you with customer and guest support, and to perform functions that are described to you at the time of collection.

We may also use non-personal aggregate information to improve our Sites and our products and services offerings.  For example, our Internet service providers may report to us that there were a particular number of visitors to a certain area of our Sites, or that a certain number of businesses or a certain number of individuals completed our registration forms in particular areas of our Sites.  Such information may also be used to analyze the effectiveness of our business and advertising models.

HOW WE SHARE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not sell, lease or license your personal information to third parties.

We may share your personal information with service providers that provide certain services to us, including, without limitation, website hosting services, credit card processing, product promotions, order processing and shipping services, and visitor surveys.  We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure these service providers adhere to the security standards we apply to your personal information and we prohibit them from using your information for their own marketing purposes.

Command Pest Control may also disclose your personal information as is necessary to: (a) comply with a subpoena or court order; (b) cooperate with law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) establish or exercise our legal rights; (d) protect the property or safety of our company and employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers and customers; (e) defend against legal claims; (f) help with internal and external investigations; or (g) as otherwise required by law or permitted by law.  We may disclose your information to others in connection with the sale, merger, acquisition or financing of Command Pest Control, or in connection with any transaction that involves the sale or assignment of some or all of our assets, including during the diligence process.

We reserve the right to provide non-personal information, such as aggregated data, to third parties.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

The Sites may contain links to other websites.  Command Pest Control has no control over and is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of such sites.  Whenever you link to another website, you may be asked to provide registration or other information.  Please note that any information that you provide is going to a third party, and therefore you should familiarize yourself with that party’s privacy policies.

CHILDREN AND DATA COLLECTION

The Sites are general audience sites, and the Site content is not directed toward children who are under the age of 13.  We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or minors.  If Command Pest Control or its Internet service providers become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

You use the Sites at your own risk.  We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect personal information both online and offline from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.  However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free.  In particular, e-mail sent to or from us may not be secure.  Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Sites or e-mail.  Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information to Command Pest Control via the Internet.  In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on any third party websites.
